socialization at afdeling 2 Tanah Raja plantation euy !

Right now we socialization with our new manager, mr. Ir. Nelson Sembiring at afdeling 2 Tanah Raja.

We refresh the rules / standart operating procedure about the tapping. Rubber tree have specific treatment about how to get much more production.

The earlier we go to the areal, the biggest more production we can get especially with latex. Because at rubber its related with high humidity at leaf rubber tree we have a turgor pressure, more high humidity at early morning, latex more get higher.

So we must wake up early at morning if we want more production.

meeting for prepare independence day Tanah Raja plantation

Today at manager rooms, we meeting for prepare indenpendence day tanah raja plantation. We must prepare as soon possible because on August we have already fasting for Ramadhan.
The game are like cricket for women, volley ball, badminton. At the July 23rd we also make a fun games like dancing with ball and stopped by music dangdut ‎​​☺HË•⌣•HË•⌣•HË•⌣•HË , and many games for children.

We hope this party to indenpendence day will be fun and no disturbing for the existing at the 23rd July.

Sadar risiko dimulai dari pemimpin. Stages of individual transition : Commitment, Exploration, Resistance dan Objection.

Risk management initiatives
1. Behavioral strategy : principles, change attitudes, new behavior.
2. Structural strategy : framework, change organization, new relationship.
3. Technical strategy : procesess, change methods, new procesess.

Komunikasi : proses penyampaian informasi dan pendapat yang mencakup multi pesan mengenai isu-isu tertentu.

Konsultasi : proses komunikasi antara perusahaan dengan para pemangku kepentingan mengenai isu-isu tertentu terkait pengambilan keputusan.

Selera risiko (risk appetite) :
Pedoman penanganan risiko, kriteria dampak : finansial, waktu, mutu, kesehatan dan nyawa, hukum, reputasi. Kriteria kemungkinan : probablitas, frekuensi.

Risk register : judul risiko, uraian risiko, penyebab, dampak biaya, dampak waktu, kemungkinan, pihak terkait, rating (KxD), prioritas.

Hasil identifikasi risiko : nama risiko, uraian risiko, penyebab, area dampak, frekuensi kejadian (estimasi).
Hasil analisa risiko : kemungkinan, dampak, kegawatan (severity), baseline cost (nilai kerugian yang mungkin terjadi), intangible cost (kerugian/dampak yang tidak bisa diberi nilai).
Hasil evaluasi risiko : existing control dan efektifitasnya, nilai residual risk, severity akhir dan tingkat prioritas.

Kriteria risko :
1. Bencana : dipimpin oleh dirut.
2. Risiko sangat besar : dipimpin oleh anggota direksi.
3. Risiko besar : dipimpin general manager
4. Risiko sedang : akuntabilitas risiko ditegaskan
5. Risiko kecil : prosedur penanganan
6. Risiko sangat kecil : prosedur rutin
7. Risiko dapat diabaikan : monitor.

socialization about ISO 31000 : 2009

ISO 31000 : 2009 are about risk management. The iso are adaptation from COSO (Comitee of Sponsoring. Organizaation) from five international accounting public association.

Risk are everything that can influence our target. From ISO 31000 : 2009 have eleven principle and divide from two main : individual aspect and organizational aspect.

Risk owner is person or entity with the accountability and authority to manage risk. Risk breakdown structure are from corporate level, SBU level, divisional, department.

Accontabilty are from risk owner, risk assurance, risk controller and risk champion and write it from risk register.

Today the big tree fall down, we all suprised. Because the tree has age of hundred year, perhaps this tree were plant at Hollands come here, ‎​​☺HË•⌣•HË•⌣•HË•⌣•HË

Thank God that no victim and fall at front of plantation office. We must prepare of every tree and prepare of risk management and also the mitigation.
