Tips tetap bugar selama berpuasa

Hindari makanan :
1. Banyak mengandung gas
Contoh : sawi, kol, nangka, kedondong, pisang ambon
2. Merangsang pengeluaran asam lambung
Contoh : kopi, anggur putih, susu krim
3. Memperlambat pengosongan lambung
Contoh : kue tar, keju
4. Merusak dinding lambung
Contoh : cuka, merica
5. Melemahkan klep kerongkongan bawah
Contoh : alkohol, coklat, gorengan
