Penyebab timbulnya marah :
A. Internal
– Lapar atau tidak punya uang
– Sakit
– Mengantuk atau sedang tidur
– Letih
– Sibuk
B. Eksternal :
– Lingkungan
– Orang lain

Tips mengatasi amarah :
1. Diam
2. Mohon perlindungan Allah
3. Mengubah posisi
4. Wudhu
5. Dzikir, Shalat
