Terapi air putih

1. ¹gelas air putih sebelum tidur untuk menghindari stroke atau serangan jantung.
2. 2 gelas setelah bangun tidur akan membantu mengaktifkan organ-organ internal.
3. ¹gelas 30 menit sebelum makan untuk membantu fungsi pencernaan & ginjal.
4. ¹gelas sebelum mandi membantu menurunkan tekanan darah.
